If a property cannot be safely accessed or treated, we may need to reschedule, modify, or decline the treatment, subject to applicable service agreements and laws.
Naturally Green Pest Solutions is committed to performing services professionally and in accordance with applicable pesticide labels, safety requirements, and regulations.

Our Natural Pest Control Program includes complimentary retreatments in accordance with the terms of the customer's service agreement.
For our Conventional Pest Control Program, Mosquito Control Program, and Eco-Friendly Lawn Fertilization services, requests for complimentary follow-up treatments are evaluated individually and may be approved at the discretion of Naturally Green Pest Solutions.
Any specific service guarantees or treatment commitments will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Naturally Green Pest Solutions currently accepts payments directly from customers for services performed. Payment amounts, methods, and due dates will be communicated to customers as part of their service arrangements.

Customers may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service before treatment has been performed without incurring a cancellation fee. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible.
